Legal Question in Workers Comp in Missouri

Are the guide lines regarding injury, and /or dismemberment available to the public. I have actually seen a book years ago but have no idea where to look.

Hi. I am a Missouri workers' compensation attorney that handles claims in all parts of the state. Our office has a lot of resources and publications that contain the guidelines and laws that apply to workers' compensation claims, the calculations that are applied in determining the amounf of compensation you are entitled to, and easy-to-read guides that explain how the workers' compensation process moves along.

I would be happy to share (either mail or e-mail you) some of the information that may be of use to you, and/or answer any questions that you may have regarding the amount of compensation you are entitled to, how the process works, and what you need to do to be sure you are maximizing the amount of compensation available to you.

For convenience, I can be reached via e-mail at [email protected], or by telephone, day or evening. Thanks.
