Legal Question in Workers Comp in Missouri

My husband was injured on the job, when we looked at the missouri chart we came up with 58 weeks for the injury to the little finger. He has a rating of 20% permanent partial disablility on his 5th finger from the workman's comp doctor. His weekly wages were $1200 at the time of injury. Is the correct forumla 58 weeks X $1200 X 20% ??

When talking to Mo Workman's comp people they said when it's the whole finger to add up the different sections, which are 16, 20, & 22, is this correct?

His weekly wage doesn't matter- he is past the maximum so he would get the max rate- much less than 1200 dollars. I don't know when the injury was to give you more precise answer to the rate question.

You should consult with a worker's compensation attorney. The attorney who answered previously would be a fine choice. Or, you can contact me and I will give you a referral.
