Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Montana

self filing of bankruptcy

I have a judgment against myself and company, corporation in an amount greater than assests or reasonable payback. Bank account has been seized already. Only option is bankruptcy. What do I need to file chapter 7?

First, I don't reccommend a self-filing, but you may be able to find the forms from a legal supply house such as Excelsior. You may also be able to get a set of the forms from the bankruptcy clerk in Butte. I believe you should get an attorney's help as the bankruptcy code can be full of pitfalls for the uninformed.
