Legal Question in Business Law in Montana
I am a manager in an llc and dont care for my other managers buisness practises ,the ein # is in his name and im listed as a manager,we have no debt and i just want out away from him and this buisness,can i quit or do i have to file what to get me out of this llc.

As a Franchise Attorney I recommend the following. Consult the LLC's governing documents and find out the procedure for a member to withdraw. After you know the procedure, follow it to the letter. You should consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
