Law enforcment mistreatings
what is the discipline procedurers for law enforcment officers who treat the innocent wrong, as in name calling and telling them, the innocent they have no rights even though they are not erested? Do I have the right to know what the discipline is for these officers?

I'm not sure that discipline is in order simply for name calling, but certainly it is inappropriate. File a citizen's complaint with the relevant police department, and then make it your business to follow up on it.
