Legal Question in Technology Law in Montana

If someone creates a Facebook profile using a fake name to protect their identity, and they send out friend requests that are readily accepted, despite the fact the people do not know this person. Are there any laws on a State and Federal level that have been broken? Granted it's a violation of Facebook policy, which states that when you are signing up.

Knowingly obtaining Facebook's services in violation of its policies may qualify as a crime. I would need more details before I could say whether these actions amount to other crimes as well.
