Legal Question in Employment Law in Montana

Bi-Polar

We just employed a person that just recently disclosed that he is bi-polar. We dont have a problem with this disability. Except He fabricated his ability to perfom in his role of employment, He is using illegal drugs, he is talking about kicking in his ex's door to take his daughter and kill is ex. He cant keep all his stories straight. We suspect he is off his meds or they just arent working. WE are all in fear that he will come to work and shoot us all up. My Boss is afraid of the ADA laws. Since this person throws up that his rights will be violated if he is tested for illegal drugs. Hes on this His legal rights kick. Dont violate my legal rights. He doesnt do his job he cant listen to instructions he is constantly talking about taking his daughter and killing the mother. He is more concerned that he gets his daughter that he has not seen in two years and this girl is 3 years old now. He is unable to understand that killing the mother that he will go to prison and the girl will have no parents. Unable to understand that he might hurt the girl in the struggle. Unable to understand that this is wrong. Gets verbally agressive with me his boss. Hes off the charts and we are about to quit our jobs in order to feel safe.
