what are the statutes of limitations on personal injury law suites against a employer when the injury is not your fault. is is 3 or 4 years in the state of montana.

I can't quite figure out whether you were injured on the job or not. If you were injured on the job, then you may have to go through the worker's compensation system. Otherwise, the statute of limitations on a personal injury is 3 years.
