Stairway Rails
My daughter, age 33 has degenerative disk dieseas, and has had 2 fusions. She fell down a flight of stairs this week in the home they are renting and the stairs have no hand rail of any kind. She spent 5 hours in the emergency room and will have to go for an MRI. Are landords required to provide hand rails in rented homes? Thank you,
