Legal Question in Personal Injury in Montana

is there a time limit to sue an insurance company

i was in a a car accident in montana on 3/24/07. my friend was driving and i was seriously injured. the insurance is paying my medical bills and had agreed to pay my wages while i was out of work. Now we can't agree on a settlement so i was wondering if there is a statute of limitations to take them to court?
