Eviction of a part owner from company housing

If a 20 persent partner no longer works for a company

but is living in housing that does belong to the company, can he still be evicted? He refuses to sell his 20 persent however he refuses to move out of housing that is intended for employees of the company.

Also he has only been in the house a total of 4 hrs. in the last 45 days.He has gone off truck driving.He has allowed his son to live there who is 23 years old and not a partner.Can the son be removed?

Whether or not you can evict him depends on the original agreement to allow him to stay. Under a normal landlord-tenant arrangement, if there is no agreement, the tenancy is a month-to-month tenancy that can be terminated by giving written notice 30 days prior to the eviction date. Otherwise, look to the agreement between the parties.
