Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Montana

Quit Claim Deeds

My husband and I recently divorced. He agreed to let me have the marriage home. (I didn't get an attorney) After we both have signed the divorce papers and everything with that part has been finalized, I am now trying to get his name off of the tile to the house. I had the title company type up a quit claim deed for me and I have sent it to him to have him sign it and have it notorized to I can file it here. What do I do if he won't sign it now?

Thank you for your time.
