Help! I got suspended from school

I got suspended from school for making a website that says ''my school sucks'' at www.angelfire.com/linux/shh and i got suspended from school for 5 days and my mom is very mad and angry does anyone know anything that might get me back to school because i think that i cant get suspended from school. The reason is that there are websites like bill gates sucks and others so if anyone knows anything i can do please! help me out give me some links and other things that might help me and my friends out. We only accessed this website like 3 times then we left it alone i was the one that made it and i am getting busted for it and my friends so i really need some help because they said that they were going to figure out who wrote ''dead will come to these bitches from ralston'' even though it wasent me i am going to get blamed and expelled (i thought the first amement was applied to the internet).

Please help!

It is my opinion that your school freaked out because of your quoting the lyric, "Death will come to these *****' ****** from Ralston!!!! From (Ghetto Child)". They are probably considering that a terroristic threat. They are also probably not too happy that one of your pop up notes you are entering "Raltson High School."

Having said that, yes, you do have First Amendment rights. What is a question of fact is whether you are making a credible, immediate threat or not. My hope is that you are not going to harm (or even contemplating harming) anyone.

You should contact an attorney in Nebraska who specializes in First Amendment law or school law. If you are unable to find someone, I would suggest you notify the local chapter of the ACLU.
