Legal Question in Consumer Law in Nebraska

i would like to know if i could look in my file which is in my managers office of my landlord. The landlord something about third party law where i can't see it,is this true??

Fist of all, it is NOT YOUR FILE: it is a private business record of your Landlord.

Second: WIthout a subpoena or a court order, lots of luck getting the manager or the landlord to turn it over to you.
