Did you get anything in writing (pref. signed) from her?

You may have trouble proving you sent it to her. Was there a shipping receipt signed by her?

What was the product? What is the price and what is your cost and how much did you spend to ship it?

You have a right to get her to return it to you unharmed at your expense and if there's no effort on her part required, or at her option to pay you your price, but practically speaking you have proof problems.

My recommendation: send UPS to that address to pick it up, with a prepaid pre-addressed label if you want the goods back.

There are methods of tracking down people who avoid you, but they're difficult to apply.
