Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Nebraska

Summons past the statute of limitations in Nebraska

I received a summons that I am being sued for a credit card debt (well probably collection agency) The account was opened 11/10/98 and last payment received was 1/21/03. If I researched correctly, isn't Nebraska SOL 4 years for open accounts (credit cards) and how do I proceed? I have 20 days to respond and file my response with the clerk of the court. Can you help me?
