Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nebraska

Ok, my now ex-boyfriend sold cattle in my name, had checks made out in my name and deposited them into his checking account. I think it's wrong because it amounts to alot of money, he did this over the course of approximatley 4 years, it amounts to alot of money! I don't want to get into trouble with the IRS if they decide to check the books on the sale barns that he sold them at. And I think the bank was in the wrong for just letting him deposit checks into his account that weeren't even in his name!!

Doesn't really sound like a question. It could be fraud, depending on the details. You should report it if you think it is fraud. The first thing they are likely to ask is 'How do you know about this and why didn't you report it before?'. Whether or not you are an accessory to a crime has nothing to do with whether he is a current boyfriend or an ex-boyfriend.
