what are the min/max penilities for someone charged with 2 counts of motor vehicle homicide. Driver had a BAC .158, killed 2 people and injured 2.

The charges could be as anywhere between a Class I misdemeanor and a Class II felony depending on the strength of the evidence in the opinion of the prosecutor.
