Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nebraska
I was given a possession of drug paraphernalia ticket at my apartment. My boyfriends claimed the two paraphernalia items yet I still received a ticket for one. Is there anyway he can take the ticket since he did claim them as his?

More than one person can possess the same drugs at the same time, so your boyfriend's admission does not clear you. Note that possession is not the same thing as ownership; even if the drugs really were his, you could easily have possessed them.
