Legal Question in Family Law in Nebraska

My ex boyfriend, my daughter and I moved to Nebraska in February of 2010 when she was 20 months old. Her father and i split up in April 2010 and he decided to move back to Montana. He told me at that time that he wanted nothing more to do with myself or our daughter. Since then, my daughter and myself have remained living in Nebraska, and I recently got married. My daughters father has made no attempt to contact me and though I have tried to pursue child support his where abouts are unknown. I would like to terminate any rights he may have to her and obtain complete custody of my daughter. I have contacted him through facebook and he gave me a false address and said he cant afford child support, but isnt willing to relinquish his rights. I heard from a friend in Montana that he is living in a camper. I want to make sure that if something were to happen to me, she wouldnt end up with him. If I cant find a verified address, how will I serve him papers? Please give me advice on the best way to go about getting full custody of my daughter.
