Legal Question in Family Law in Nebraska

child custody (NEBRASKA ONLY)

My daughter has been living with my parents for almost 5 yrs. I have full custody and they have temporary custody. I want to move her in with me to another state. Her biological father knows and he agrees that she needs to be with me. Can I get her without there being any legal problems? If not what do I need to do?

This is a question for a Nebraska attorney, but since there are court orders involved you are going to have to go back to court to change things.
