father took son out of state

my sons father took him out of state i have always had him he had no permission to take him how do i get him back he pays child support

You need to contact an attorney IMMEDIATELY so you can file the papers to get your son back. Did the father not have permission to take him at all, or just not out of state? Is there a parenting plan in place? If so, what does it say about where the father can take him? How long has he had your son? Depending on the circumstances, this could be a violation of the Federal Parental Kidnapping Act.
