What is the age a child can legally be left home alone in the state of Nebraska? What is the babysitting age in Nebraska?

There is no "bright line" rule in Nebraska. A court would consider the relative maturity of the child and other factors, i.e. the conditions that the child would face (would he/she have an aunt/uncle or other adult check in on them), how long they are left unattended, etc.
