deporation

hello i entered usa legally after i married an american citzin over seas .we sepreated after 9 month of me being in the us brfore filing for my green card then i gor married again to another usc and now i'm facing deportion ,wht can i do to stay here now since now we have a child togther ???please advice me

You will need to provide more information in order to determine whether you are eligible for relief from removal(deportation). For example, when did you become married to your second spouse, and when did you get placed into removal proceedings? What are you being charged with on the Notice to Appear, i.e. why is I.C.E. trying to deport you from the U.S.?

You may be able to defeat the removal proceedings if your husband files a petition on your behalf and if you are eligible to adjust your status to lawful permanent resident. However, it is strongly recommended that you at least consult with an immigration attorney who is very experienced with handling deportation cases.
