Legal Question in Immigration Law in Nebraska
if my employer knows that they will be visited by immigration officers on a certian day and some employees are scheduled to be off on this day or have family medical leave can the make it mandatory for the employee to come in to work especially if this employee is a u.s. citizen born and raised
