Do I need an attorney to become emancipated in the state of Nebraska?

Not sure what this has to do with common law marriage, but ok.

Easy answer: go down to your local court and get the form you need to fill out to find out.

Emancipation means being an adult and taking care of your business,--part of that is finding resources.

Courts have a lot of information, and although clerks can't give you legal advice, most courts are set up so that people can do their own legal work if they have to or want to.
