getting Mom's house back

my mother had a rental house she let my brother live in rent free, he then moved his girl friend in and now she has thrown him out and still expects to live there rent free. How do we get her out of the house so my brother can go home.

The answer depends on issues you haven't explained. You should contact an attorney to identify those issues and provide a solution. If it becomes necessary to file an unlawful detainer action you will need the attorney anyway. If she has a protection order against your brother, it may be more complicated.
