Legal Question in Traffic Law in Nebraska
Out of State Suspension Need Help
My son has a suspended DL in Omaha,Ne due to a failure to appear for a traffic violation. He now lives in El Paso, Tx and needs to get a DL. I would like to get some help in rectifying this matter. i know he cannot just get a Texas DL as the computer will pick up his suspension. I also assume I will need assistance from an attorney to fix this problem. Hopefully someone from Omaha can contact me. Thanks
