Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Netherlands

Collection Help Needed
I have been the victim of a scam from a man in the Netherlands. He has taken $1,350 from me for a purchase that I was making from him for 2 persian rugs. I never received the rugs. Getting all the money back is not a priority. Does any body want this collection? It should be pretty easy.
