Legal Question in Family Law in Netherlands

Hallo I hope you can help us with advice.

My name is Margarita. I am going to marry to a dutch man who has 8 years old daughter. She stays with us every wenesday and every second weekend. All is good with me and his daughter. We have nice relationsips. But the problem is, that it's hard to get around, and there are some extra costs, Witch is logical. So My viancee has to work on Wenesdays also. Has to work full time. We told it to his ex-wife, that probably he will work, cause we need money and it's hard for us now. She was very angry and told that she will fight and will go to court.

So my questions are

How high is the possibility that she will win?

And witch actual decisions can be made by judge?

According to Dutch law the child has right to see the father, unless there are reasons which prevent this. The judge will follow this rule.
