Legal Question in Disability Law in Nevada

My daughter is 27 and suffering with anorexia. She needs help but not getting it because she is suffering from brain starvation because of it and not thinking clearly. What can I do legally?

You can try to petition the court to be her guardian if you think she is mentally incompetent to handle her own affairs. It's very difficult to do. You can try to have her admitted to a hospital. Other than that, there isn't much you can do. It's not really a discrimination case in any way.
