Legal Question in Disability Law in Nevada

Is it legal for a Las Vegas, Nevada employer to tell customers of a Banquet's Hall that gratuity has been included in their original bill when this is NOT the truth?

I don't really know. Probably not. Your remedy may be to complain to the department of labor, the Nevada Labor Commissioner. That has nothing to do with Disabilities though.
