Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Nevada

my 52 yr old sister filed for divorce 7/29/07. her ex to be was to pay the mortgage plus $200 in alimony attorney fees and bills. he has paid nothing. the mortgage at $1800 pmo. is 8 mos in arrears w/foreclosure nearing. she just got a $11000 credit judgment and has $3000 in other bills delinquent. she earns or clears $900 per month. she cant pay the bills. what are her options.

File bankruptcy and take her ex back to Court for past alimony.
