If this credit card was only in your husband's name, you probably are not responsible for paying any court judgment. However, if the credit card was used to buy necessary items, such as food, medicine, doctor bills, and things like this, the creditor might be able to say that you should pay because of the way community property laws are written. You may want to ask this question of someone in the field of family law, rather than bankruptcy.
