Traffic Tickets
Can I file traffic tickets that have went to a collection agency in my bankruptcy. And can I file traffic tickets that are recorded at the Motor Vechile Department?

Traffic Tickets Discharged in Bankruptcy
By all means list the traffic obligations and other fines in your bankruptcy; however, it is unlikely that they will be legally discharged because they are debts to the government. For further details, take a look at 11 U.S.C. 507(a)(8).
