workmans comp
i filed chapter 7 in june.i was injured on the job last march and i had surgery 3 weeks before i filed.i was offered a ppd settlement the day my bk was discharged.what should i do with the check?

Worker's Comp Settlement Received
Take a look at Schedule C of your Bankruptcy Petition. If you listed the Worker's Compensation claim as an "exempt" asset, you are ok. If you did not list it, better contact your attorney to straighten this out or you might have to forfeit the check,
