Legal Question in Business Law in Nevada
Business license for a bar band
A senior compliant officer for business licenses and code enforcement informed one of my band members that our band would need a business license. He saw one of our business cards on a bulletin board at the courthouse that was put there without our knowledge.
My question: if we just play in local bars do we have to get a business license.

If you are earning money doing these gigs og course you need a local business license.
