Legal Question in Business Law in Nevada

A friend and I went to a bar/lounge called Sierra Gold in Las Vegas Nevada and sat down at the bar and ordered food and a couple of drinks. At the bar we played at the machines and enjoyed our beer and food. A waitress came by and demanded us to move because she has friends coming in and they have more money to spend at the establishment and wanted our seats when there was plenty of other seats around the bar. I replied that I have the right to be here and why do I have to move? I spent a good amount of money and felt that this was discrimination. She than again said she has friends coming in and they have more money. She made me and my friend feel uncomfortable and worthless like we were poor and did not belong here. My friend and I moved to the other side to avoid problems and she kept badgering us with negativity and people in the bar was laughing at us because of her. The manager came out and we explained that we were being treated unfairly and the manager did not do anything. Is this legal? I thought all people have full and equal rights to enjoyment of goods, services and facility privileges.

The bar can't discriminate against you due to your sex, religion, race, etc., but that doesn't seem to be what happened. It can make you yield your seats for other customers. You do not have the right to particular seating, etc.

The treatment you describe is very shabby, and not how most businesses would treat their customers. As far as I can tell, though, it was legal.
