Is it illegal for your bosses to make you volunteer at your job?

As a Franchise Attorney I must ask you to clarify your question. By "volunteer," what do you mean? Are they asking or telling you to work for free? You can always contact your local employment development or labor department and ask them. Or, consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
