Legal Question in Business Law in Nevada
Official Address of busines
We formed our LLC in NV but my brother, dad and I live in different states, TX and CA. We have an address in NV but we do all of our primary business out of our TX and CA locations. When asked for the offical business address....can I use the TX or CA addresses?

You can use the primary business address, or the Nevada address, as the company's official address.
