Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Nevada
exssive force bye a bouncer
On saturday night me and some buddies were at wild orchid its a strip club in reno navada, me and some guy got in a altercation just pushing each other. The bouncer grabbed me and carried me while saying i was geting kicked out, i told him thats fine i can walk before i knew it the bouncer threw me of a 6in step i landed on my face cracking my front tooth busted my top lip with road rash on my chin and the back of my hands also busting my vain on my left hand. I was extremely drunk and i could have broke my neck!! I already pressed charges agaist the bouncer. The officer took pictures and said that it is a feloney for what he did to me because i was knocked out for over 10sec. i have 3 witnesses i want to take this to cival court do i have a strong case?
