Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Nevada

Can police surveillance me without a warrant using the locals /public /neighbors to surveillance me to inform them as to where my whereabouts at all times. I have not committed a crime, nor am I suspected of one. I am also being slandered by them all over the city of Las Vegas.

Yes. They can investigate you that way. They wouldn't spend much time doing it if they didn't have some reason, good or bad. People sometimes imagine this kind of thing is happening when it's not. Are they telling falsehoods, lies about you that make you look bad while they investigate. If so, you need to list what, and to whom they said these things. If they are false, you may have some recourse against them.
