Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Nevada

I have a question about something that has happened! I had a family member who was convicted of two felonies. there was a person on the jury who I and my father work with this issue was brought up there was a very brief meeting about this issue but i was never asked any questions or asked if i had any issues with this being allowed in this meeting! i feel like the DA office should be liable for creating an uncomfortable work enviorment now and for years too come! So my question is can i hold the DA's office liable for creating an uncomfortable work enviorment! I do realize that maybe i should have spoken up but at the same time i feel that they should have known better since this is what they do for a living!

I do not see how the District Attorney would have any liability for what you are explaining.

To be perfectly clear: you have absolutely no chance in this case to get paid any damages whatsoever.
