Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Nevada

Recentnly I asked the nevada gaming commission to investigate a small casino in the town where I live. They did so and gave the casino my name as to who called in the investigation. Now I am 86'd from this casino, the only one in town and all other properties these people own. They have ruined my reputation in a town of only 800 people. Should I get an attorney to help me on this matter?

It is not the kind of case I would take. It does not appear to me that the Gaming Commission did anything unlawful. You asked them to investigate, they did. Part of that investigation is stating to the casino that you asked for the investigation.

I believe, the Casino has the right to 86 you for this. They can refuse service to anyone who is not protected by law from such refusal. I don't see how you are protected by law from being 86'd.
