Legal Question in Consumer Law in Nevada

How do I present a misrepresentation complaint against a timeshare company to cancel my purchase contract? I have detailed facts to support a case, but I want to avoid a he said/she said scenario. There are companies online that claim this type of complaint is successful most of the time, but I don't want to pay thousands of dollars just to find out how such a case is filed, researched, and argued unless an actual attorney is representing my case. Please advise to the best of your ability. Thanks.

I need to know the nature of the misrepresentation to give you advice. I need the detailed facts. If you would like to make an appointment for one hundred dollars for one hour, you may email me at [email protected] I am a business litigator and have reviewed time share documents.
