Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Nevada

I have a homestead on my home. I recorded it in 1999, prior to my marriage. Is it necessary to change the name on my homestead, or can I just leave it as is because it still applies to the same property?

The Homestead must be filed in the true name of the current owner or owners. If title to the house has changed since you filed it, you need the Homestead filing to reflect the name or names that are on the deed now.
