Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Nevada

My ex husband living in AZ has a jealous girlfriend. Through her family mortgage co. She obtained my credit report illegally and for unknown reasons. I live in NV, am a widow and have never attempted even an attempt to go back with my ex-husband. I feel his girlfriend violated my privacy and this is an invasion of my privacy. Can I sue for monetary damages?
