Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Nevada

Reposess a vehice from an x-family member in another state

My spouse helped his brother and sister-in-law purchase a car in Nevada - only able to put in my spouses name. We moved to Colorado and they were in process of trying to transfer to their name. Now the they are getting a divorce and the sister-in-law will not give the car to my husband's brother and she is not transferring it to her name- she has also stop paying for the vehicle. We belive my brother-in-law is making the payments. We have request she sell it or get it in her name. How can we reposess the car into our possion to be sold?

The person in whose name the title is registered may take possession of the vehicle IF it can be done peaceably. There may be no use of force or confrontation which disturbs the public peace.
