Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Nevada

hello there,

Do you know if a X company in NV or other states is allowed to write a contract with their customers that the X company can take a form of payment from its customers via customers'paycheck and have the customers employers deposit their payment to the X company ? ( similar to the insurance company and it's premium. )

If that possible, would there be any constraint ? Between the 2 parties ?

You generally are bound to do that which you promise to do. If you are the customer and have promised to enable them to extract their regular payment from your paycheck, then you must stand by that promise, unless you can argue some valid defense to the contract you entered. That money is yours to spend - even before you receive it from your employer - so you can pledge it as you see appropriate and sign a contract that gives your employer permission to disburse it as you order.

This is not really sufficient information to know if yiou might have some valid defenses to this contract, but if you want to get out of it, a competent contracts lawyer may be able to find something to let you escape.
