Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
I was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine in las Vegas. I was charged with a felony. Can I get this dismissed, I was a tourist and never in trouble before

If you get a good attorney and you have no prior felony record or drug convictions then you should be able to get in to a diversion program and get this case dismissed. You may have to do some on line counseling and community service in your hometown, but you can either get this dismissed or down to a misdemeanor.
